Before the Conference | Verify Your Vaccine Status

AAC&U values and remains committed to the health, safety, well-being, and comfort of all attendees. In collaboration with you, AAC&U requires all attendees of the 2022 Conference on Transforming STEM Higher Education to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Streamline your check-in experience by obtaining verification of your COVID vaccines in advance with InHouse Physicians (IHP), an industry-leading solution to ensure compliance with our event's health & safety policies. Vaccine verification is required to attend the conference.

If you upload your vaccine information onsite, there may be a 24-hour delay for verification approval and to gain entry to the meeting. Individuals who cannot be vaccinated or boosted for health or religious reasons should contact [email protected] for more information.

In addition, high-quality masks (e.g., KN-95) are required during all sessions of the conference. Attendees are encouraged to test for COVID-19 before traveling, as well as regularly throughout the event.

At the Conference | Daily Health Screenings

In order to continue to ensure the health, safety, well-being, and comfort of all attendees throughout the event, participants must complete the Daily Health Screening through the IHP platform prior to entering the meeting space and have proof of clearance each day.
