Registration Rates
The 2026 AAC&U Transforming STEM Higher Education Conference will be held virtually. Registration includes on-demand access to more than 100 peer-reviewed session recordings for three months following the conference!

Rate AAC&U Members $450 Non-members $645 Unsure whether your institution is an AAC&U member? Check the current member list.
Rate AAC&U Members $425 Non-members $630 Fee per person for a group of three or more from the same campus and applies when three or more individuals from the same campus register together. To register as a team, please contact the conference registration office at registration@aacu.org.
Rate $395 Rate $425 The principal investigator fee is for registrants who have received premature grant termination in the past year.
Rate: $175
The student rate is reserved for full-time students. You may be asked for confirmation of your student status.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email to registration@aacu.org.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before February 4, 2026; a $250 processing fee will be deducted. Please allow 10–15 business days after acknowledgment of your request for your refund to be processed.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after February 4, 2026.
- You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to registration@aacu.org.
