Online reservations are preferred. Guests may also contact the reservations center at 1-888-236-2427 and reference AAC&U to make your hotel reservation.

This conference rate is available until October 14, 2022, but we encourage participants to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room block may sell out before the deadline. Once the room block is sold out, the discounted rate will no longer apply. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations, which will also be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Room Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival will incur a fee equal to one night's room and tax.

Early Departure Policy
