Conference Registration Fees

In-person Rates

The in-person rate covers attendees’ participation in all of the in-person components of the main body of the event the afternoon/evening of Thursday, April 11 through the closing plenary Saturday, April 13.

Additionally, the in-person rate also provides attendees with access to all the virtual sessions during the closing Capstone Event on April 17, as well as session recordings through June 30, 2024.

Pre-conference workshops and strategy sessions, whether virtual (April 9 and 10) or in-person (April 17), require separate registration.

Early bird registration rates expire on March 1, 2024.

**Individuals registering at the Student Rate include individuals with the title of Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Postdoctoral Research Associate, Postdoctoral Research Assistant, or Undergraduate Student. No team discounts are offered.

Virtual Conference Rates

The virtual rate provides attendees with access to the following:

  • Live streaming of the four plenary sessions at the in-person event in Providence, Rhode Island (Opening Plenary on Thursday, April 11, Morning Plenary and Afternoon Plenary on Friday, April 12, and Closing Plenary on Saturday, April 13)
  • All of the sessions at the all-virtual Closing Capstone Event – including Opening Keynote, concurrent sessions, and closing commentary – April 17

As with pre-conference workshops and strategy sessions at the in-person component of the event, separate registration is required for the virtual pre-conference workshops and strategy sessions April 9 and April 10.

Cancellations

Refunds will be provided for cancellations received via e-mail to AAC&U Registration ([email protected]) by April 1, 2024. A $125 processing fee will be deducted.

After April 1, 2024, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
