Conference Registration Fees
In-person Rates
The in-person rate covers attendees’ participation in all of the in-person components of the main body of the event the afternoon/evening of Thursday, April 11 through the closing plenary Saturday, April 13.
Additionally, the in-person rate also provides attendees with access to all the virtual sessions during the closing Capstone Event on April 17, as well as session recordings through June 30, 2024.
Pre-conference workshops and strategy sessions, whether virtual (April 9 and 10) or in-person (April 11), require separate registration.
Early bird registration rates expire on March 15, 2024.

Virtual Conference Rates
The virtual rate provides attendees with access to the following:
- Live streaming of the four plenary sessions at the in-person event in Providence, Rhode Island (Opening Plenary on Thursday, April 11, Morning Plenary and Afternoon Plenary on Friday, April 12, and Closing Plenary on Saturday, April 13)
- All of the sessions at the all-virtual Closing Capstone Event – including Opening Keynote, concurrent sessions, and closing commentary – April 17
As with pre-conference workshops and strategy sessions at the in-person component of the event, separate registration is required for the virtual pre-conference workshops and strategy sessions April 9 and April 10.

Cancellations
Refunds will be provided for cancellations received via e-mail to AAC&U Registration ([email protected]) by April 1, 2024. A $125 processing fee will be deducted.
After April 1, 2024, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
