In-person Conference Rates

In-person conference rates include access to virtual concurrent sessions and recordings.

Early bird registration rates expire on February 24, 2024.

*Fee per person for a group of three or more from the same campus and applies when three or more individuals from the same campus register together. To register as a team, please contact the conference registration office at [email protected].

**Individuals registering at the Student Rate include individuals with the title of Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Postdoctoral Research Associate, Postdoctoral Research Assistant, or Undergraduate Student. No team discounts are offered.

Virtual Conference Rates

Virtual conference rates include access to virtual components and Livestream Opening and Closing Plenary sessions from the in-person conference.

Cancellations

Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail to AAC&U at [email protected] by March 11, 2024. A $125 processing fee will be deducted.

After March 11, 2024, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
