The AAC&U Forum on Transformational Leadership is designed for mid-level professionals who seek to enhance their leadership skills. The sessions will provide a model for what leadership development centered on leading for equity can look like, especially in consideration of issues around equity, diversity, and inclusion should be a central consideration for all challenges facing leaders with a variety of roles.
