Institute for Democracy & Higher Education
Grow the Repository
Students across disciplines need opportunities to learn about how democracy works, its threats and shortcomings, and how to make democracy work for everyone. Sometimes, that means an extra module or two in an existing course. Other times, a campuswide forum or teach-in meets the moment. You can help by contributing your interactive exercises, assignments, discussion guides, and other ready-to-use materials. For examples on priority topics, resource types, and submission guidelines, visit our FAQ page.
Three Steps to Contribute
- Tell us about your resource. Complete the Contributor Description Form to provide basic information about your resource.
- We review your description. We’ll notify you by email with our decision and next steps.
- Upload your resource. If your submission is accepted, we’ll send you a link to an agreement that confirms that this is your original work and you are willing to share it as an open educational resource. Once that is signed, you will have access to the contributor portal. There, you will need to provide details: title, description, topic, resource type, and estimated time needed.
