Stephanie Briggs
Principal Owner of Be.Still.Move
Stephanie is the principal owner of Be.Still.Move. (www.bestillmove.com), a program of creative, arts-based contemplative practices and "Breathing N2 Blackness." For over 30 years, Stephanie Briggs has created and led healing and contemplative-based programs across the country. She has facilitated numerous workshops for various academic institutions and professional organizations, including the AAC&U Transforming STEM Higher Education Conference. In addition, she has served as a coach for the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Lenz Residential Fellow at Naropa University. She is a trained facilitator of various practices such as sound immersion, mindful compassion training, and authentic leadership. In Stephanie's TEDx Talk, "Developing Empathy as Practice," she engages the audience in mindfulness practices that create communities or care. Her latest project is on visual/storytelling that focuses on the reclamation of memories connected to historic, almost forgotten, communities across the United States.

Kelly Mack is a nationally recognized leader in STEM higher education reform and a dedicated advocate for advancing excellence and equity across the academic enterprise. As Vice President for Undergraduate STEM Education and Executive Director of Project Kaleidoscope at AAC&U, she leads a transformative portfolio of initiatives designed to enhance the quality of academic life for our nation’s STEM faculty and administrators—and, by extension, improve the educational experiences of undergraduate STEM students.

Shanalee Gallimore
Program Director, AAC&U
Shanalee is a program director in the Office of Undergraduate STEM Education at AAC&U. In this role, she leads and supports programmatic initiatives, including conferences, professional development institutes, and other learning experiences that empower STEM faculty, administrators, and program directors to strengthen and transform undergraduate STEM education. She also serves as the managing editor of the Journal of STEM Leadership and Broadening Participation (JSLBP), an intellectual platform for STEM academics to publish evidence-based scholarship on how undergraduate STEM teaching, policy, and research advance undergraduate STEM education.
