Before you complete this inquiry form, we have a few ground rules and agreements for you to understand and accept.

1. This is a kind and respectful space. Inquiries with accusations, insults, or any other language beyond the spirit of this project will be ignored.
2. All information on this form is confidential and will not be shared beyond the HELPDESK team while under review. All members of the HELPDESK team have signed nondisclosure agreements to ensure confidentiality and your anonymity through the process of reviewing your inquiry. Your inquiry will not be assigned to a HELPDESK team member affiliated with your campus.
3. The spirit of this HELPDESK is to help people on multiple colleges and universities, not just individuals. Your inquiry and our response might help others in similar situations. Once your question is answered, we reserve the right to publish it on our public FAQ without attribution to you, your institution, or others involved. If for any reason we cannot publish the Q&A without protecting all identities, we will contact you and work through the options. No Q&A will be published if we cannot maintain your anonymity and that of others involved in your inquiry, including the name of your institution.
4. Some inquiries might be too complex or situational to answer succinctly. We reserve the right to answer with options, especially if members of our HELPDESK team disagree. We also reserve the right to decline your inquiry.
5. After you receive a response, you may request a consultation. If we have the capacity to work with you directly, we will.
