Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email to registration@aacu.org.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before September 25, 2026; a $125 processing fee will be deducted. Please allow 10–15 business days after acknowledgment of your request for your refund to be processed.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after September 25, 2026.
- You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to registration@aacu.org.
