Much has been said in the media about faculty being "burnt out," but how do we address the concerns raised by this conversation? How do we move forward with small steps to support faculty in their everyday work lives? In this webinar, panelists discussed this perceived challenge, explored how and where we should start to understand faculty needs, empower faculty voices by giving them space to engage, and change the narrative to be more motivating and supportive.

This discussion was coupled with a short demonstration of the OneHE platform, highlighting the expert-led content that supports faculty engagement and professional development and speaks to the concerns and opportunities discussed in this webinar. OneHE now works with over 50 institutions across North America. As a partner to teaching and learning centers, it provides a rich catalog of up-to-date content to extend and enhance faculty support and recognition. In 2021, AAC&U and OneHE formed a partnership to promote flexible, affordable, faculty development that scales.
