Rohan Jowallah is a distinguished educator, researcher, curriculum developer, and instructional designer with a career spanning over 37 years in education across the Caribbean, England, and the United States. His teaching expertise covers various educational levels, from elementary to university settings. His research interests include integrating emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (e.g., AI Ethics, Critical AI Literacy), learning spaces, and developing inclusive curricula and critical pedagogical issues. He has also influenced various AI policies at the international level through committee memberships. Dr. Jowallah has led the design of various academic programs and developed and taught numerous courses throughout his career. He currently serves as a senior instructional designer at the University of Central Florida. He runs an active YouTube channel with over 14,000 subscribers, sharing insights on research interests and educational topics through more than 322 videos.
