Brent A. Anders
Lecturer and Researcher, American University of Armenia
Brent A. Anders has a PhD. in Education (focus: adult learning and online learning) a Masters degree in Education (focus: instructional technology), and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (focus: human computer interaction), and is currently a lecturer and researcher at the American University of Armenia. He is also the Director of the Sovorel Center for Teaching & Learning which has created multiple guides and infographics dealing with how faculty and leadership can use generative AI to enhance teaching and learning. Anders has written seven books, three of which deal specifically with generative AI and its integration into education. He also runs an educational YouTube channel focused on helping all of academia better understand and use generative AI to enhance the educational experience for everyone. Anders has given webinars, workshops, and presentations dealing with AI in the United States, Jamaica, Armenia, Tunisia, Australia, Pakistan, Germany, England, and has recently been selected by the U.S. State Department for their international specialist program dealing with AI in education outreach.
