Collaborating on ideas: Tackling Barriers to Open Education

This paper presents key issues around collaborative idea development in the context of open education. Current initiatives and solutions around OER have been successful in promoting the concept of openness that is now broadly recognized. However, the actual adoption of OER services and re-use of materials is a constant struggle.
