Schedule-at-a-Glance

As this is a year-long Institute on ePortfolios experience beginning in February 2024, there are multiple opportunities for engagement, planning, and implementation. The Institute will utilize an online platform that enables asynchronous discussions between Institute participants throughout the year. The platform will also provide access to event recordings, a collaboration space for campus teams, and a range of resources to support the work of the Institute.

Institute on ePortfolios Kick-Off Event (online)

AAC&U Forum on Digital Innovation (online)

• Friday, February 9 (10:00-6:00 p.m. ET)

MARCH - MAY 2024

• At least two online meetings with teams and mentors
• At least two webinars on topics designed to meet the needs of this cohort of campuses

SUMMER 2024

AAEEBL Annual Meeting (hybrid)

• July 2024 (dates TBD)
• Although attendance is not required, we highly encourage Institute participants to consider joining AAEEBL for their annual meeting either in-person or virtually. AAEEBL conference registration fees are not included as part of the Institute fees.

Mid-Year Institute on ePortfolios Event (online)

• Monday, August 12 (1:00-5:00 p.m. ET)
• Tuesday, August 13 (1:00-5:00 p.m. ET) - Tentative
