Registration Rates and Pricing
Your registration is more than access to a conference. It is an opportunity to engage with colleagues across roles and institutions, explore proven practices, and develop strategies you can put into action right away. CLASS is designed to support meaningful progress on learning and student success, not just conversation.
Choose the registration option that works best for you—attend in person or online and join a community advancing learning and student success.
Early registration rates offer reduced pricing for those who register in advance. Full pricing details are listed below.

Students $175 Individuals eligible to register at the student rate include those whose primary role is as a full-time student and those with the title of Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Postdoctoral Research Associate, or Postdoctoral Research Assistant.

Join AAC&U
If your institution is not yet a member, join AAC&U as an individual member for as little as $150 and register for the Conference on Learning and Student Success (CLASS) to take advantage of not only a more affordable conference experience but also the wealth of benefits AAC&U membership has to offer.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please review the cancellation and refund policy
- cancel by February 10, 2027, for a refund minus a $125 processing fee;
- no refunds or cancellations after February 10, 2027;
- substitutions are allowed at any time by emailing registration@aacu.org.
Please allow 10–15 business days for processing.
