Registration Rates

Registrants from low- or middle-income countries are eligible for a reduced rate and should contact us at registration@aacu.org to register.

    The team rate is available to individuals registering as part of a group of three or more from the same institution. Unsure whether your institution is an AAC&U member? Check the current member list.

    Individuals eligible to register at the student rate include those whose primary role is as a full-time student and those with the title of Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Postdoctoral Research Associate, or Postdoctoral Research Assistant.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations on or before January 8, 2027, must be sent by email to registration@aacu.org. A $200 processing fee will be deducted.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after January 8, 2027.
  • A $200 processing fee will be deducted for cancellations between June 16, 2026, and January 8, 2027.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days after acknowledgment of your request for your refund to be processed.
  • You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to registration@aacu.org.
