Dr. Will Miller serves as Associate Vice President for Continuous Improvement and Institutional Performance and SACSCOC Liaison at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, overseeing assessment, accreditation, and state authorization across three campuses and more than 100 global sites. He was named in 2026 to the Board of Trustees of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and CHEA’s Council of Experts on Quality Assurance and Accreditation and is a national leader in reimagining institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement in higher education. Founder of the Continuous Improvement Summit, leader of the GenAI Community of Practice through the Assessment Institute, and faculty for the AAC&U Institute on AI, Pedagogy, and the Curriculum, he also serves on the boards of AALHE, SAIR, FAIR, and the Center for Leading Improvements in Higher Education.
