Jocelyn Vickers
Director of Public Service, Auburn University
Jocelyn Vickers has served in various leadership roles at Auburn University since February 2000, currently holding the position of Director of the Office of Public Service in University Outreach. Throughout her tenure, Vickers has directed several initiatives focused on inclusion and diversity, including the Cross-Cultural Center for Excellence and Student Excellence Programs, while also supervising recruitment for significant scholarship programs. In addition to her administrative roles, Vickers has taught courses on diversity, advised several student clubs, and advised undergraduate students on academic matters.
Vickers earned a Ph.D. in higher education administration and multiple degrees in adult education and human development from Auburn University and Faulkner State Community College.
