Dan Morse
Instructor at Dominican University's Applied Computer Science Program
For the past six years, Dan served on the founding team of Make School, a two-year bachelors in Applied Computer Science program that raised $35 million from YC, Learn Capital, Kapor Capital, among others. Dan led a dozen innovative projects around career development and taught software product development. Dan previously led user growth at pre-seed, seed, series A and B startups, most prominently at LearnZillion ($32.5M raised Owl Ventures, NewSchools Ventures) where he grew the user base by 300k. Before that, Dan founded his own health restaurant, was on the lead team of an MBA-led impact investing fund, and founded an urban gardening initiative that generated 10k+ volunteer hours. He also builds thought leader communities, including a dozen thought-leader happy hours with attendees that included professors at Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, NYT bestselling authors, investors, founders, press, and more.
