Christina Royal

Christina Royal has been involved in education for over twenty years, and currently serves as president of Holyoke Community College, the oldest two-year college in Massachusetts. Growing up as a first-generation, low-income, multi-racial college student, she understands some of the challenges today’s students face and the importance of having an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Royal was recognized by BusinessWest as a Woman of Impact in 2020, and she is the recipient of the 2012 United States Distance Learning Association International Award for Outstanding Leadership by an Individual.
