Christina Cutlip
Retired Senior Managing Director, TIAA
Christina Cutlip is a retired senior managing director for TIAA. As the head of client engagement and national advocacy at TIAA, she was responsible for expanding relationships with industry and government associations while also focusing on client engagement. In 2011, Cutlip was recognized as TIAA’s Working Mother of the Year, and in 2016, she received an Outstanding Volunteer Award from the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) State Fund Network for her contributions to higher education.
Cutlip is a senior associate professor of management at the Jack Welch Management Institute and an active board member, serving on the board for Grinnell College, CIC, Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions, and Almasi Collaborative Arts (a nonprofit organization that strives to create and facilitate artistic collaborations between African and American artists and American artistic institutions).
She earned a BA in economics from Grinnell College, an MBA from Regis University, and a PhD in organizational leadership from Northcentral University. She is passionate about financial empowerment, retirement readiness, higher education, and empowering others to succeed.
