Christen Aragoni

Christen Aragoni is editor-in-chief of Liberal Education, AAC&U’s quarterly magazine. She previously served as academic editor and editor of AAC&U’s now retired journal Liberal Education. Prior to joining AAC&U, Aragoni spent four and a half years as an editor for Currents, the membership magazine of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. She covered the alumni relations beat and other topics on advancement in higher education, while also overseeing production. She previously was a senior editor at The American Prospect magazine. She served on the alumni committee of Cornell Alumni Magazine from 2018 to 2021. Aragoni holds a BA in English, with minors in writing and women’s studies, from Cornell University and an MFA in creative writing from American University.
