Registration Rates
Registrants from low- or middle-income countries are eligible for a reduced rate and should contact us at registration@aacu.org to register.
Regular Rate (On or Before January 23, 2026) AAC&U Members $775 Non-Members $1,050 Unsure whether your institution is an AAC&U member? Check the current member list.
Regular Rate (On or Before January 23, 2026) AAC&U Members $725 Non-Members $1,030 The team rate is available to individuals registering as part of a group of three or more from the same institution. Unsure whether your institution is an AAC&U member? Check the current member list.
Regular Rate (On or Before January 23, 2026) Students $200 Individuals eligible to register at the student rate include those whose primary role is as a full-time student and those with the title of Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Postdoctoral Research Associate, or Postdoctoral Research Assistant.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email to registration@aacu.org.
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before January 9, 2026; a $150 processing fee will be deducted. Please allow 10–15 business days after acknowledgment of your request for your refund to be processed.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after January 9, 2026.
- You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to registration@aacu.org.
