Application Deadline and Fees
Applications must be received by March 15, 2017. Notification regarding acceptance will be sent to teams by April 3.
The registration fee for the Institute covers room, most meals, tuition, materials, and access to the faculty consultants. Provided meals include a reception on Tuesday evening, July 11, and breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Friday (July 12-14). Dinners are on your own; a list of off-campus dining options will be provided.
- $7,200 per five-member team from AAC&U member institutions
- $8,200 per five-member team from AAC&U nonmember institutions
Additional team members will be charged one-fifth of the respective five-member team fee.
The minimum team size is five people, including at least one senior academic officer whose role is relevant to the project. Key administrative leaders are essential for accomplishing broad-based educational reform on campus. Networks of engaged chairs and faculty/staff can help sustain this reform. Teams are also encouraged to include individuals from faculty development, student affairs, or assessment offices.
Please be advised that due to space constraints it may be necessary to restrict the number of additional team members permitted.
