Kimberly Greene Starks is the Global Leader of Technology Strategy and Infrastructure for IBM Corporate Social Responsibility - University Programs. With a mission to further the reach of IBM offerings and research initiatives to academic institutions, worldwide, she is responsible for creating the platforms, enabling tools and education used by IBM to engage with academic institutions to produce outcomes that further academic research and curriculum to career goals for students. She is an IBM Master Inventor with more than 70 patents awarded in Big Data and Business Analytics, IoT, and Cloud technologies. Kimberly is an avid volunteer, who teaches children, teens and young adults about intellectual property and coding languages. At work and in her free time she is passionate about growing industry focused, technology influenced skills in students. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee, USA with her husband and their twin daughters.
