Hepsi Premkumar
Senior Director of Engineering and Chief of Staff for Cisco’s Cloud Networking Business Unit
Hepsi Premkumar is the Senior Director of Engineering and Chief of Staff for Cisco’s Cloud Networking Business Unit. She also manages the technical program management and business operation teams.
Hepsi has more than 23 years of experience in the tech industry and in her current role, she is responsible for managing and releasing various networking services including network automation, telemetry, switching, hardware products and more. In addition to these responsibilities, Hepsi leads and promotes strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization, further driving the university recruiting program. Hepsi is also an executive sponsor for Howard University and serves as a member of the university industry advisory board.
Hepsi holds a Master’s in computer application and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. She currently lives in San Jose, CA with her husband and three children, and in her leisure time, she enjoys travelling, yoga, and listening to music.
