Abstract

The portfolio is one of the assessment methods based on evidence used in Indonesia’s competency certification process. Nevertheless, the portfolio has many limitations in form and time to managing. Therefore it needed an e-portfolio system that supports the assessment. Developing an e-Portfolio system that is easy to use and has added value to the intended user, thus it requires essential factors in the e-portfolio process. This study adopts the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to obtain experts agreement on defining elements and features in the e-Portfolio process, particularly in competency certification. The FDM help to identify and prioritize the Internal and External factors that can be applied to develop e-portfolio systems design. The results of empirical studies show a list of factors that can be used to build an e-Portfolio model and support the certification process. The results of this study contribute to the researcher’s needs and developers in understanding decision making process of factors and features in Indonesia e-Portfolio model for competency certification.
