Location

The Institute on General Education and Assessment will be held at the Dudley H. Davis Student Center at The University of Vermont (UVM) in Burlington, Vermont. The Davis Center aims to be the premier community-centered, environmental college student and conference union in the nation, displaying the principles of environmental stewardship and social justice. It is the first student center in the U.S. to earn LEED Gold Certification for new construction. UVM is situated just above picturesque Lake Champlain and is approximately 3.5 miles from the Burlington airport. Burlington is easily accessible by air. The approximate drive time to Burlington is three hours from downtown Boston and six hours from New York City.
