Institute Fees

The registration fee for the 2024-25 Institute on ePortfolios will cover tuition, materials, and consultation for a team of five, as well as six team member registrations for the companion event, AAC&U's Forum on Digital Innovation, taking place in 2024 and 2025.

• $6,000 per five-member team from AAC&U member institutions
• $7,200 per five-member team from nonmember institutions

If you are uncertain if your institution is a member, an AAC&U member list can be found here. Additional team members can be added for a separate registration fee.

Please note that the event registration allotment can be used across the 2024 and 2025 Forum on Digital Innovation events and can be distributed at each team's discretion. For example, a team may use three registrations in 2024 and three in 2025. Registration allotment included in the institute fees is non-refundable.
