Success After College: What Students and Employers Say is Required

Featured Session
Friday January 23, 2015 1:30pm to 2:30pm

This session will feature findings from two new national surveys exploring what is required for college graduates to succeed in today’s competitive global economy.  It will explore whether or not students and employers are “on the same page” in terms of post-college work expectations.  Findings will cover such issues as: what employers value in new college graduate employees; what outcomes and educational experiences are most important for future success in a global economy; and what students do—and don’t—understand about what they need to get from their college experience in order to successfully make the transition from college to career, regardless of their chosen field.
