Getting to Scale: Involving All College Students in Applied and Hands-on Learning

Concurrent Session
Wednesday January 21, 2015 2:45pm to 4:00pm

As higher education rethinks its role in the wider society, will “real-world” learning become a requirement rather than an option?  In this session, the Chancellor of the SUNY System and the team leading “Engaged Cornell” will discuss why and how they plan to make engaged learning in workplace or community settings an expected component of the college degree for all students.
