We know that you have many robust conference options over the course of a year. At AAC&U, we strive to provide an exceptional yet affordable and accessible experience.

Enjoy the same registration rates for the 2025 Conference on Learning and Student Success (CLASS) as you paid for last spring's Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Student Success (DESS) and the Conference on General Education, Pedagogy, and Assessment (GEPA). If your institution/organization is an institutional member, all faculty, staff, and students have full access to all member benefits, including preferential pricing for conference registration.

Not to worry. We have you covered. If your institution/organization is not currently a member of AAC&U, you can join today as an individual member to take advantage of member rates when you register for CLASS. Faculty and staff (current or retired) and students (graduate or undergraduate) at non-member institutions are eligible for individual membership. Individuals who support AAC&U’s mission and are unaffiliated with a higher education institution are also eligible. Individual member benefits include significantly discounted access to resources and events.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent by email to [email protected].
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received on or before March 3, 2025; a $125 processing fee will be deducted. Please allow 10–15 business days after acknowledgment of your request for your refund to be processed.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after March 3, 2025.
- You may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at any time. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to [email protected].
