AAC&U’s newest event, the 2025 Conference on Learning and Student Success (CLASS) is designed to elevate, amplify, and extend AAC&U's core work on transforming student learning and the undergraduate experience. CLASS brings together the work traditionally delivered by AAC&U’s two largest thematic conferences: the Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Student Success (DESS) and the Conference on General Education, Pedagogy, and Assessment (GEPA).
CLASS is open to all educators—contingent faculty and full professors, assessment professionals and faculty developers, academic and student affairs professionals, diversity and inclusion professionals, deans and department heads, institutional leaders and other higher education professionals—as well as students, policymakers, and community members. We anticipate an audience of 1,700 in-person and virtual attendees.
Conference sessions will focus on:

- Leading institutional transformation
- Connecting curricula to careers
- Embracing student perspectives
- Ensuring the success of all students

All attendees will download and view the conference agenda on a mobile app. Mobile app push notifications allow AAC&U to send a personalized message about our program partners directly to attendees' home screens.

Plenary sessions feature a prominent speaker from higher education, business, or media. These sessions typically open or close a day of conference programming and often directly precede receptions or other social networking events. Due to the caliber of the invited speaker and schedule placement, these sessions are highly anticipated events during the thematic conferences.
Benefits:
- Verbal recognition of partner at the beginning of the session by a member of the AAC&U executive leadership team. The partner may provide a short script (approximately 30 seconds) for this recognition, subject to AAC&U final approval.
- Partner logo showcased on conference website, app, and on-site signage.
- Partner may produce and place collateral (no larger than 8.5”x11”) on chairs in the ballroom before the plenary begins.
- Three complimentary registrations to the conference.
- Where not otherwise specified, recognition as a Gold Partner in general conference collateral.

Sole sponsorship, exclusive branding, and optional personalized engagement opportunities during one of the scheduled evening reception opportunities.
