Group Rate: $219 Single/Double per night*

Online reservations are preferred. Guests may also call central reservations at 1-800-654-3990 and mention AAC&U to reserve a room at the discounted group rate.

This conference rate is available until February 27, 2022, but we encourage participants to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room block almost always sells out before the deadline. Once the room block is sold out, the discounted rate will no longer apply. However, rooms at the conference hotel may be available at the prevailing rate and/or rooms may no longer be available once the room block is sold out. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel's discretion to accept additional reservations, which will also be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

*This rate is subject to state and local taxes, fees, and assessments (currently at 15% plus an additional $3.00 per room per night occupancy tax) in effect at the time of check-out, as well as a New Orleans Convention and Visitors' Bureau assessment of 1.75% of each room rate, per room, per night. All taxes, fees, and assessments are subject to change.

Room Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax charge.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of $219.00 plus tax will apply if a guest checks out prior to the guest's scheduled departure date, without having notified the hotel of the change in scheduled departure within twenty-four hours of the guest's original check out date.
