2022 Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Student Success: Registration Information

Please note:

AAC&U is committed to protecting the health and safety of all who participate in the 2022 Conference on Diversity, Equity, and Student Success in New Orleans, Louisiana, and those in our local communities who may be at risk from COVID-19.

All in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated prior to arrival and will be required to provide proof of vaccination status prior to the start of the meeting.

Rates and Fees

  • In-person conference rates include access to all virtual concurrent sessions and recordings.

    Rates shown are Before February 14 / After February 14

    • Individual Member: $495 / $525
    • Member Campus Team*: $440 / $470
    • Individual Nonmember: $640 / $675
    • Nonmember Campus Team*: $590 / $625

    *The campus team registration fee is the cost per person and applies when three or more individuals from the same campus register together. To register as a team, please contact the conference registration office at [email protected].

  • Virtual conference rates include virtual concurrent sessions and Livestream Plenary sessions from the in-person conference.

    • Individual Member: $150 / $200
    • Member Campus Team*: $125 / $175
    • Individual Nonmember: $225 / $275
    • Nonmember Campus Team*: $175 / $200

    *The campus team registration fee is the cost per person and applies when three or more individuals from the same campus register together. To register as a team, please contact the conference registration office at [email protected].

  • Monday, March 14, 2022, and Tuesday, March 15, 2022

    • Member: $95
    • Nonmember: $155
  • The student rate is reserved for full-time students. You may be asked for confirmation of your student status.

    • Virtual Conference: $50
    • In-Person Conference: $75

Cancellations

Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail to AAC&U Registration ([email protected]) on or before Wednesday, February 23, 2022. A $125 processing fee will be deducted. After February 23, 2022, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.

You may also transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution at anytime. To do so, the original registrant should submit a request via email to [email protected].
