Registration Information

AAC&U is excited to invite you to register for our 2023 Annual Meeting: Reclaiming Liberal Education. Join colleagues and other higher education experts from across the country and around the world in San Francisco, California, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Hotel from January 18-20, 2023, as we examine what we are for as a community of educators and leaders in higher education—and why.

After two years of virtual and hybrid events, the AAC&U is looking forward to gathering again in person.

With the return of an in-person event, AAC&U values and remains committed to the safety of all attendees. Through collective efforts, AAC&U will work to ensure all who attend have a safe space to learn, engage, and connect. All registrants must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and have received at least one booster to attend the meeting. Those who cannot be vaccinated or boosted for health or religious reasons should contact [email protected] for information about an exemption. In addition, high-quality masks (i.e., KN-95 or better) are strongly encouraged in all indoor conference spaces. These requirements are planned for the well-being of all participants. Participants are also encouraged to test for COVID-19 before traveling to the meeting.

Registration

Registration and housing are now open! Registration will remain open throughout the live meeting. All registrants can add additional meeting experiences when registering or any time before or during the meeting, pending space availability. Some of these events require a ticket and an associated fee.

Cancellations

Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail to AAC&U Registration ([email protected]) by January 3, 2023. A $125 processing fee will be deducted.

After January 3, 2023, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
