2020 Hotel and Travel Information
Hotel Update: The Conference hotel, Marriott Marquis, and the overflow hotel, Renaissance are now fully booked. There are some individual nights at each property available but not for the duration of the meeting.
There are several other hotels in the vicinity of the Annual meeting. We recommend any hotel with Convention Center in the name, as they will be walking distance to the conference hotel. Some of these include Conrad Hotel, Grand Hyatt Washington, Courtyard by Marriott/Convention Center , and Embassy Suites/Washington.
All Annual Meeting events will be held in the Marriott Marquis Hotel.

The Baltimore-Washington International Airport and Dulles International Airport are both approximately one-hour away. Washington is also easily accessible by Amtrak, and Union Station is less than 10 minutes from the hotels by car or by Metro.
Washington's Metro System
The least expensive and most efficient method of travel from Reagan National Airport or from Union Station (Amtrak) is the Metro. Metro access is located on the airport's concourse level of terminals A and B.
