About Registration

As part of registration, registrants will be asked to answer the following questions:

  • What is your best experience with facilitating interdisciplinary STEM learning?
  • What is the biggest issue you face with respect to facilitating interdisciplinary STEM learning?

Conference Registration Fees

Registration Fee: $150.00

Registration includes meals and materials. Participants or their institutions are responsible for the cost of travel to and from the event and hotel.  Registration payment is due at the time of registration; AAC&U accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail to PKAL@aacu.org by October 1, 2010. A $50 processing fee will be deducted.
  • After October 1, 2010, no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.

Conference Rate: $159 single occupancy/ $184 double occupancy – plus tax

The conference rate is available through September 14 as space allows. We encourage you to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. To receive the rate, please request the “Project Kaleidoscope” block. Once the room block is sold out (often well before the rate deadline) the discounted rate will no longer apply and rooms at the conference hotel may no longer be available.
