This issue of Peer Review highlights the work of various LEAP partner states. It will focus on how selected state systems are using the LEAP essential learning outcomes as a shared framework for student achievement, accountability, school-college alignment, and underserved student success.

Summer 2011
STEM Education for the Twenty-First Century

Drawing on lessons from Project Kaleidoscope, this issue examines new developments in how science and other STEM courses are being taught today, with growing attentiveness to global issues and a focus on social and ethical consequences.

Fall 2011
VALUE Rubrics

This issue focuses on AAC&U’s VALUE rubrics, which were tested on more than one hundred pilot campuses and cover outcomes often neglected in other assessment systems.
