Created with the help of Geena Davis, Oscar winning actress and
accomplished archer, Geena Takes Aim provides links to a Title
IX library of resources to learn about the law. Geena Takes Aim
is directed to students in middle school, high school, and college
to empower them to know their rights in sports and to teach them
pracitical ways to deal with situations they face which may not
be fair or may be illegal. Parents, coaches, and others are encouraged
to make use of the tools this site offers.

Named for Millicent Garrett Fawcett, head of the largest women's
suffrage organization in the nineteenth century, the National
Union of Women's Suffrage Societies, the UK-based Fawcett Society
has been promoting women's rights since 1866. The Society works
at a local and national level to raise awareness of gender inequity.
