Specialized consultations provide opportunities for teams to critically examine their campus goals, resources, and capacities to broaden, deepen, and sustain their efforts. Faculty will help teams:

  • develop a clear articulation of their goals;
  • identify appropriate strategies to achieve them;
  • develop relationships that will enable them to sustain their educational initiatives; and
  • identify internal and external pressures that enhance and/or impede educational improvement efforts.

In addition, the Institute will draw on the leadership expertise embodied in the campus teams selected to participate.
