Pre-conference Workshop Member Rate: $100

Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by January 25, 2010. A $100 processing fee will be deducted.
- After January 25, 2010 no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
- Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
