Conference Registration Fees

Early Registration--through January 25, 2010

Members Individual Rate: $400
Members Team Rate: $350 (per individual, 3 or more individuals from same campus)
Nonmember Individual Rate: $515
Nonmember Team Rate: $465

General Registration--beginning January 26, 2010

Members Individual Rate: $450
Members Team Rate: $400 (per individual, 3 or more individuals from same campus)
Nonmember Individual Rate: $565
Nonmember Team Rate: $515

Other Rates and Fees

Student Conference Rate (early, general, or onsite ): $75
Pre-conference Workshop Member Rate: $100
Pre-conference Workshop Nonmember Rate: $125

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by January 25, 2010. A $100 processing fee will be deducted.
  • After January 25, 2010 no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
  • Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
