FEATURED SPONSOR: $30,000
The Featured Sponsor has maximum visibility at the Annual Meeting.
This level of sponsorship includes two invitations to the Presidents' Forum and the private President's Reception.The Forum and Reception include approximately 100 decision-makers from colleges and universities across the country, as well as special guests such as invited speakers, AAC&U’s Board of Directors, Foundation Officers, and leadership from the national higher education community. These events are by invitation only. The sponsorship also includes:
- Recognition from the podium at Opening and Closing plenary sessions
- Opportunity to schedule a resource presentation about your products and/or services at the Annual Meeting
- Featured logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching an audience of 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty members nationwide (For sponsorship agreements completed by August 28, 2010)

COLLABORATING SPONSOR: $25,000
The Collaborating Sponsor will receive the benefits of a Network for Academic Renewal Supporting Sponsor at two conferences of choice (Value: $20,000) and will be recognized as the sole sponsor of the Opening Forum at the Annual Meeting (Value: $15,000).

- Opportunity to sponsor a Plenary session at two Network conferences of your choice and receive recognition with the session descriptions in the Final Program
- Recognition from the podium at both Network Plenary sessions
- Exclusive recognition on placard at Opening Night Forum at the Annual Meeting. This Forum is open to all conference registrants (approximately 1,500 people)
- Opportunity to schedule a resource presentation about your products and services at two of the four Network conferences and the Annual Meeting
- Featured logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure for each conference (total of three venues). WELCOMING RECEPTION SPONSOR: $15,000
The Sponsor of the Welcoming Reception has maximum visibility for the premiere event of the Annual Meeting, the only social function open to all registrants. The sponsorship includes:
- Recognition from podium at Opening Forum and Closing plenary session
- Exclusive recognition on placard at entrance to Reception
- Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty nationwide (For sponsorship agreements completed by August 28, 2010)

- Reception in the Conference Preview, if agreement completed by August 28

OPENING NIGHT FORUM SPONSOR: $10,000
The Sponsor of the Opening Night Forum has maximum visibility for the inaugural session of the Annual Meeting, open to all registrants. The sponsorship includes:
- Opportunity to screen a video or multi-media presentation about Sponsor’s services or products before the Opening Night Forum as the AAC&U audience enters the room. This is the only opportunity of its kind at the Annual Meeting.
- Recognition from podium at Opening Forum and Closing plenary session
- Exclusive recognition on placard at entrance to Opening Night Forum. This Forum is open to all conference registrants (approximately 1,500 people)
- Opportunity to make a resource presentation about your product or services during the Annual Meeting
- Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty nationwide (For sponsorship agreements completed by August 28, 2010)
- Recognition of sponsor included in description of the Opening Forum in the Conference Preview, if agreement completed by August 28

PRESIDENTS' FORUM: $10,000
The Presidents’ Forum is a high-level invitational gathering, attended by university Presidents, Foundation Officers, higher education policy leaders, and AAC&U Board members. The Forum includes a breakfast and luncheon with featured speakers, panels and discussions with higher education leaders. The sponsorship includes:
- Invitation to the private President’s Reception, attended by approximately 100 college and university presidents, as well as special guests such as invited speakers, AAC&U’s Board of Directors, Foundation Officers, and leadership from the national higher education community
- Recognition from podium at Presidents’ Forum
- Exclusive recognition on placard outside Presidents' Forum
- Opportunity to have a display table at the Presidents’ Forum reserved for materials about the Sponsor’s products and/or services
- Logo and recognition in special letter from AAC&U’s president, to be mailed with Forum program to 1,200 AAC&U member presidents (for sponsorship agreement completed by September 15, 2010)
- Opportunity to make a resource presentation during the Annual Meeting
- Complimentary meals for two sponsor representatives for the Presidents’ Forum Breakfast and Luncheon
- Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty members nationwide (For sponsorship agreement completed by August 28, 2010)

CONTRIBUTING SPONSOR $5,000
A Contributing Sponsor has three options for visibility and contact with attendees at the Annual Meeting.
Your Choice:
Option A: 60-Minute Concurrent Session with a Campus Partner
Sponsor to present a concurrent session as part of the regular Annual Meeting program. The session must be presented in conjunction with a speaker(s) currently using the product or service on his or her campus. This session is included in the Final Program with other regular concurrent sessions.
Option B: 30-Minute Sponsor Session
Sponsor to present a concurrent session as part of the regular Annual Meeting program, with the focus and content of the session to be determined by the sponsor (i.e., no campus partner is required). The Sponsor Sessions will be scheduled as a block of such presentations on Friday morning and will be included in the Final Program within that category of presentations.
Option C: E-mail Message to Annual Meeting Audience (in lieu of session).
In lieu of a concurrent session, AAC&U will send an e-mail message, on behalf of the sponsor, to all registrants for the Annual Meeting. This email will provide information about the product or service and, if appropriate, will invite the audience to participate in one-on-one consultations at the meeting. (A conference room can be made available for a specific period of time, if sponsor requires privacy.) The e-mail will be sent to approximately 1,500 faculty members and administrators in January 2011 and will contain text provided by the Sponsor with links to the Sponsor’s Web site.
Option C is limited to four (4) sponsors, so please confirm early.

E-MAIL STATIONS: $3,000
Sponsor opportunity to host computer station where conference attendees check their emails. These computers are in continuous use throughout the conference, providing sponsor with high visibility. The sponsorship includes:
- Sponsor’s logo will be on each computer as the screen saver
- A table will be available, adjacent to the station, for sponsor to place information that describes products or services
- Sponsor recognition included on placard at email stations
- Space for mouse pads, featuring sponsor’s logo, next to the computer (mouse pads to be provided by sponsor)
- Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty members nationwide (For sponsorship agreement completed by August 28, 2010)
- Logo and special recognition in final program if agreement completed by December 1, and on event Web site with link to sponsor Web site or contact information

Cost of Email Station sponsorship will be reduced to $2,000 if any sponsor at or above the level of Contributing sponsor also chooses the Email Station sponsorship
Cost of Email Station sponsorship will be reduced to $2,500 if any sponsor at the Friend level also chooses the Email Station sponsorship
FRIEND: $2,500
Sponsorship opportunity for the display of materials and discussions with meeting attendees. The sponsorship includes:
- Six-foot display table for duration of conference
- Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty members nationwide (For sponsorship agreement completed by August 28, 2010)
- Logo and special recognition in final program if agreement completed by December 1, and on event Web site with link to sponsor Web site or contact information

E-PORTFOLIO FORUM SPONSOR
AAC&U will offer an E-Portfolio Forum all day on Saturday, January 29. Sponsors have the option of participating on that day only, or can combine other levels of sponsorship with this selection.
Option A: $1,500
Display table at E-Portfolio Forum and the opportunity to offer a demonstration as part of the Forum program. Sponsors selecting Option A are also invited to set up a table at a special reception on Thursday evening for those interested in E-Portfolios. (The reception immediately follows a Featured Session with AAC&U Vice President Terrel Rhodes, and others, on e-portfolios and AAC&U’s VALUE Project.)
Option B: $1,000 – For Sponsors at the Friend or Contributing Level
Option B is the same as Option A, but is offered only to those also sponsoring the Annual Meeting at the Friend or Contributing Level (or higher).
Both options include:
- Six-foot display table at Thursday Reception and/or Saturday E-Portfolio Forum
- Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty members nationwide (For sponsorship agreement completed by August 28, 2010)
