- Permission to copy articles can be obtained from

Clearance Center's Web site or by sending a request
to copy an article, including title, issue, and page

- The following credit must be typed on the first
page: "Reprinted with permission from Liberal Education,
[Issue and Year]. Copyright held by the Association

- For excerpt permission, change credit to read: "Excerpted
with permission from Liberal Education, [Issue
and Year]. Copyright held by the Association of American
Colleges and Universities."
- A minimal charge is calculated by AAC&U on the basis
of the number of pages and copies. If AAC&U does not
hold the copyright, notification of the holder of
copyright will be provided
Offprints from Liberal Education
You may order offprints of articles published in
Liberal Education. The price is determined
based on quantity. Please contact AAC&U for a quote.
Standard reprints are four-page or eight-page, black
and white. The reprint size is 8.5" X 11"; reprints
of eight pages or more will be saddlestitched. The
reprinted article will appear exactly as it appeared
in the quarterly. The minimum order is fifty copies.
Allow at least four weeks for the order.
