Data on Student Achievement
One of the goals of the LEAP initiative is to provide evidence
about how well today’s college students are achieving
key liberal education outcomes. On this page, we present links
to important studies that document national, regional, and/or
state progress in helping student achieve the most important
outcomes of college, as well as summary reports of these studies
published by the LEAP initiative. Many colleges and universities
involved in the initiative are also developing effective new
ways to assess these key outcomes on their own campuses and
in ways appropriate to their own missions. For resources designed
to help campuses improve their assessment efforts, see AAC&U’s
Assessment Resources page.
